Sister Society Meetings

The XIV International Congress of Dermatology (ICD 2025), which will be held in Rome, June 18-21, 2025, at the Rome Convention Center “La Nuvola”, is well underway and it is with great pleasure that we can offer a unique opportunity during the ICD.

Sister Societies are entitled to organize their meetings for the benefit of ICD2025 delegates. They represent an adjunct to the main International Congress scientific programme and are meant to showcase activities and expertise in dermatology from around the world.

The sister society meetings are scientific sessions that take place on 18 June 2025, before the beginning of the XIV Interntional Congress of Dermatology.

The sessions are to be developed and managed by the participating societies, and can be held in any language.

No simultaneous translation will be provided during the congress.

Members of your Society will have the opportunity to benefit from collegial and social visibility and to meet other ICD delegates from around the world. Each participating Society will have time to present its scientific program.

Since many Societies are already planning ICD events for 2025, we would like to recommend an early booking.

Meeting rooms and audiovisual support have been negotiated at heavily discounted rates, which will be offered directly to participating Societies.

All Sister Society meetings will be held on June 18, from 08:30 to 17:10.

Half day: EUR 500.00 VAT included
Full day: EUR 750.00 VAT included

Full day from 08.30 to 17.10
Half day am from 08.30 to 12.30
Half day pm from 13.30 to 17.10
